Cares whether a page loads in 1.2 seconds or 2.4, and can explain why that matters to someone who has never heard of Core Web Vitals.
Comfortable letting AI do real work, a first-draft vulnerability assessment, a month of analytics summarised, a support reply drafted, and just as comfortable rewriting or binning that draft when it is not good enough.
Spots when a plugin update looks slightly off, or when a client's uptime graph has a shape that deserves a second look, before anyone points it out.
We'd rather work with people who are precise and a bit stubborn about quality than people who are impressive on paper but vague in practice.

Keep client WordPress sites healthy under the hood: safe plugin, theme and core updates, performance tuning, security hardening, and the occasional careful fix at an inconvenient hour. You work close to the internals (PHP, MySQL, the WordPress stack) and take real pride in doing it cleanly. A WordPress certification is a plus; a track record of quietly reliable work matters more.

Build and refine the interfaces our specialists and clients rely on: fast, accessible and honest about state. React on the front, Node behind it, and a real feel for turning a design into something that ships. Experience with headless CMSs is a strong plus, because not everything we touch is WordPress.
